We carefully inspect and photograph each item before listing. Since our items are unique, secondhand pieces, we only accept returns if the product is defective or significantly not as described.

Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the defect
  3. If approved, we'll provide a prepaid return label
  4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
